Parma Ham and Mozzerella Cheese

Hı guys.

Im tryıng to make some home made pızzas and cant seem to fınd eıther mozzarella cheese or parma . has anyone seen eıther of these about on your shoppıng trıps.

Mozzerella was in Starling (lapta end of Alsancak) last week, but I don't know about this week. It was where they have the marscarpone and ricotta.

Haven't seen Parma ham around this year. Last year Bells had some but not great quality. Maybe worth asking around Italian restaurants - Guidos used to sell it.

use turkish cheese i think its spelled like this taze kasher its in blocks but when cooked it goes all stringy the locals use it in toast cheese sandwiches

The Mozzerella available here (Erdeners in Catalkoy stock it), is not Buffalo and is tasteless to me, taze kasher is a great alternative.

Guido's has a wee deli counter, they used to do all that stuff.



If not you can get it all from the south side, carre fore, orphanidies etc etc
