Purchased Two large water tanks from Dimililer in Lefkosa some 18months ago. On Weds. pm last week one tank developed a leak. The following day hot footed it to Lefkosa. Fully prepared for a battle was delighted to be told, after explaining the problem, that the tank would be replaced the following day at 11.00am. True to their word they were there on time & replaced the tank, doing all the required plumbing work.

With all the negative comments one hears it is nice to be able to report a company that gives good service.

Well done DIMILILER!!!

Just to add a 'credit where credit is due' story. About 5 years ago (might be 4) I bought a Kia Ceed from new, partly because it came with a 7 year/150,000km warranty. Quite a few people at the time suggested such a warranty in the TRNC would not be worth the paper it was written on. Recently my air con started to fail intermitently, on inspection at the garage it was diagnosed as a failing compressor and a new one would be needed. The garage I bought the car from (and have had the car serviced at), Ozok Autos, has confirmed that this will be replaced under warranty at no cost to me. I do have to wait for them to obtain a new compressor unit, which will no doubt take some time, but overall I was happy that it was covered under the warranty so I think credit is due there. As far as I know I am not related to Ozok Autos or the people who run it, just in case anyone is wondering.

They were approx 5 tonnes tanks but had to arrange own fitting. Have only got the delivery note so I can`t give you a price I am afraid. However I did shop around and their price was competitive.
