As reported in Cyprus today new law on wearing crash helmets when riding motorcycles or scooters is likely to become law by the 12th July .Scootex has a range of sizes and models full face open face and enduro .Don't get caught out with a 300TL fine

Saw a guy on a Police bike riding round without his helmet on today - not good - maybe he was out trying to trick other riders into not wearing theirs? Normally these guys have all the gear and are very good but this one was not putting the right idea into peoples minds at all.



Wear your lid's people and never forget - If you have a £5.00 head then buy a £5.00 helmet - course if you think your head is worth a bit more then spend to save it!!!!



This from a guy who spent 3 years (69/72) riding round this Island - WEAR GLOVES AT ALL TIMES! finger transplants are expensive and gravel rash hurts worse than you can imagine - your knees are the second thing that hits the ground, normally after you have ground off the odd toe because you wear flip flops! Think safe please, its a lovely Island for bikers provided you don't let the sun get to your head.

Waddo I know what you mean I saw a police motorcyclist with another officer with loads of scrambled egg riding pillion neither had helmets on so your right it does not set a good example
