Have used these people for 2 major paving projects - one to provide a new driveway and parking area (480 square metres), and second project to block-pave the access 'yol' to my house - approx 220 square metres.

Very good job, both price and quality. Been down around 1 year, no sinking, ripples or any other problems.

I am in Alsancak, and anyone thinking of having a block paving job is welcome to come and check out this company's work. And no, for all you 44 cynics, I don't work for them, get commission from them, neither am I related to them !!

Great to see an honest 'local' price posted on this forum as well, we paid 25ytl (different contractor) 5 years ago, all in for subbase, bedding, paving, joint sand, supplied and laid. I thought that was a bargain even then, 27tl is a cracking price today.

we had block paving done by an english man about 3 years ago (can't remember his name - big fella lived on the Lapis site by the sea). The paving started to sag everywhere and when we tried to get it repaired on his "10 year" guarantee, we found that he'd "done a runner.



so guarantees are only as good as the people who give them

I think that any who knows Vicky and Unal from Black Olive will know that they have a very good reputation, and any guarantee given by them I am sure will be a real one.
