Hallo Champagne,

If you were champagne, which would you be and why? Are you luxurious and indulgent like Moet & Chandon? Or the Cava Variety, sparkling and bubbly?

Hello Champagne, at long last someone has posted who has bought in Alsancak.

I thought for a long while we were on our own, everyone seems to have moved to the east coast.

Where have you bought, we are just across the main road from the Denizkizi and move out at the end of November (can't wait), builder permitting.

You will find this forum excellent, everyone is very helpfull and you will get an answer for almost any question you care to ask.

All the best

Hey Marvo, no need to feel so lonely. I am just down the road from you in Lapta and I think 'Wackyjim' lives in Alsancak. In fact is he not out there at the moment?

Well done, have you just moved out there ?.

I keep hoping to come across other buyers in the small development we're moving into in November. There's 10 been bought and just 2 left but so far I've drawn a blank.

We'll just have to knock on the doors, when we get there, introduce ourselves and have a barbi, and see what the neighbours are like.

Spud1 Hello,

Pine Bay is a holiday village loated just after that bizzare "archway to alsancak" that tells us to drive safe, which is hard to do when the message is 25ft above you as you pass through this 50,000USD exspense, the money which may well have been better used to provide the local schools with better facilities.
