After seeing so many negative stories, I think this is worth sharing with you, our builder passed on to us the green builders file, containing various bits of paperwork relating to our house. The house has been built 5 years, got our Kocan and he paid his taxes.



However the plans were missing from the file, after a bit of searching around round found who the Architect was, a lady called Derya Kara a company called Pro-Tek, called into to see her, bit of a language issue, her English was better than my Turkish. She asked me to reurn following day, which I did, she had printed out full size copies of plans and electrial drawings about 8 sheets in total. Offered to pay would not take anything, feel a box of choc's will be going their way.



A real nice gesture of her.

Thats great to share with us all, good on you .....



There are happy people on here , my hubby and I are also happy with how we have had things done, sometimes its difficult with the language, but mostly its stuff that can be sorted happily.
