Does anyone know where i could buy a sponge cake, Iced like a traditional Birthday/Christmas fruit cake, or is there anybody out there that can make one for me, I live in Catalcoy area.

The lady who has a stand adjacent to the outside Bar at Lambousa market has a whole load of photos of cakes she makes. If yo'ewu that end you could always have a word with her.

The Cake story is exceptional, her cakes her out of this world if you want traditional iced cakes.

Caramel in Lefkoşa have loads of pics of cakes they can make or you can design one and they can copy. not expensive and very professional. worth a trip to see all the other yummy things they make. at the top of Deryboyu on the left not too far from the High Commission. give it a try

Yes I too recommend Gill who has her stall near the bar at Chateau Lambousa excellent cakes and lovely lady
