Copied this from the TRNC Villa Owners site

Please spare a thought for the SOS childrens project this Christmas.

These children have very little to look forward to so can you imagine

the happiness on their little faces if we can give them a present that

they would not otherwise get.

While doing your xmas shopping if you can just consider buying 1extra present

to show these children that someone cares.

There are boys and girls from newborn upwards to 16 years.

Gifts should be wrapped and labelled as boy or girl suitable for age .....

Gifts can then be left at the following places

West of Girne

Occassions Cards Karaoglanoglu

Guido's Alsancak

Bridal and Ballgowns Alsancak

East of Girne

Soho Lounge Karakum

The Grove Catalkoy

Your generosity will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Sue

I will be buying an extra present for this cause. Hope you will to

Regards

Sassy

We used to make up a shoe box full of little pressies for a child , then label what age range the box was suitable for.

I would love to be able to donate but unfortunately will not be able to as in UK any suggestions?

Hi gill,

you could ask one of your friends over here to put a donation into an envelope and take it one of the drop off points. We will then purchase a gift for one of the children with your donation.

Thankyou

I can't believe a year has gone by already. I seem to remember doing shoe boxes, was that last year or the year before?. Didn't we all have a get together last year, and bring the presents. The memory definitely needs a jolt of something. Great idea for the presents.

If you don't have the time to buy a present, just put a donation in an envelope,

take it to a pick up point, we will buy a present for a child that hasen't been catered for. Last year, we found that the 13 year olds and upwards were very difficult to buy for, babies were no problem.

thankyou

Just noticed this and thought I'd push it to the top - I'll be buying a pressie and bringing it over with me on the 6th Dec
