Best customer service I have thus far come across in TRNC. They do what they say they will do and, better still, they do it when they say they will do it !!



On top of that, you get a 24/7 "Helpline" service.

after 18 months of "stressful TV" freezing etc we had this system installed last November, this was one of our best decisions and would happily recommend this service to all, thank to Paul/Gwynn and Dan for an excellent service.

I would just like to take the time to thank everyone who has posted positive comments about the product and service that we supply to our English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Dutch, American, Turkish, Turkish Cypriot, Russian, German, Australian and many other nationalities living in Northern Cyprus.

Interestingly, I have just checked the personal profiles of each of the people who have posted in this thread and they have all used their 'real names' - comments and recommendations that mean something - not the usual anonymous sniping from a few disaffected rivals !

Having dealt with Paul & Gwyn for at least 4 years,never have they let us down or been unable to provide what we asked for.All at an affordable price and not 'pay upfront' either.



I would recommend them anytime and will continue to use them as long as they are allowed to get on with things.



Phone is still working too and with a disabled wife has proved to be a lifeline.
