Woman was created from the rib of man.

She was not made from part of his head to top him, nor was she made from his feet to be trampled on.

She was created out of his side to be equal to him,under his arm to be protected by him.

And near his heart to be loved by him.



I think these words are beautiful.



I and all of my female friends sleep on the left of the bed with our partners, that means our hearts are always close.

Is this a coincidence.................what side do you sleep on.

I sleep on the left looking from the foot of the bed. I believe that the majority of men sleep there (not in my bed obviously). I would be interested to see if this is correct or whether you and your friends follow the majority.

if the left side is on the left when looking at the bed from the foot of the bed then I sleep on the left.

If i am really good,and have only had a few pints,my wife lets me sleep in the dog kennel,but if she thinks i have had more then my quota,i am made to sleep in the porch,she worries what the neighbours think,when i cuddle our springer spaniel & tell him,i love you.

We never did have children

I once read somewhere that most men sleep on the right looking from the foot of the bed... The reason given stems from the middle ages & was that the majority of men are right handed... Thus when lying on their left side could if attacked while in bed, protect their "wedding tackle" with the left hand & pick up their sword from the floor at the side of the bed with the right hand...

Over to you left handers... I sleep on the right...

I was told in the UK and Cyprus driving on the left stems from the days of Knights on chargers. The knights would charge holding their lances under their right arm.

It is surely normal and healthy to turn around, and not sleep on

left side of bed, but after a while came to terms with widowhood

(at 37) by sleeping on the right side. Now I sleep where I choose,

but prefer a double with plenty of room. I got selfish.
