"What" questions seem to be popular on Cyprus44.

Here's another one and the replies can be short (must appeal to many posters):



What is or was YOUR best contribution to the benefit of the Northern Cyprus expat community?



This thread is serious and meant to be informative - it is not meant to become a slanging match or another sick "discussion". If it does I shall ask the united moderators via email to delete offending posts.

Hope I have been of help a few times (where to buy this that and the other) Last couple were the DEFRA importation of terriers and where to buy a cheap fan. Hopefully have offset concerns regarding certain breeds.

This seems to me to be a bit of a 'Blow your own trumpet' thread! I have done countless thing to help both my expat friends and my Cypriot & Turkish neighbours but wouldn't want to embarrass them by naming names & good deeds. I have also had lots of help over the years from some very kind people of various nationalities!

That's one of the things I love about TRNC !

One of the best schemes I've experienced here (through this forum) is the requests for blood donations and the (usually) rapid response! Now that's a great example of a community pulling together and helping each other!

Having my expat neighbours to stay with us on our farm here in Devon, they now understand why we keep telling them they have a wonderful life in NC....



They are very happy bunnies after seeing the weather,( rained every day) the cost of every thing and the hassle of every day life....
