YOGA & MEDITATION classes @ Kozan Retreat & Restaurant (10 minutes up the mountain from Karsiyaka)



SATURDAY and MONDAY mornings at 9.00 - 10.15am. All levels welcome.



15 tl per class with free "Yogi" (freshly picked herbal) tea.



Enjoy Yoga & Meditation in the beautiful and clean surroundings of Kozan Retreat. Set amoungst a backdrop of stunning mountain views. Absorb your senses in the fresh clean air, the fragrant smell of pine and the sounds of birds and cicadas. Tone and rejuvenate your body, whilst connecting with the nature within and without.

(Please note, much cooler up in the mountains).



The perfect morning to de-stress, connect with nature and re-energise.



Organic traditional village breakfast also available @ 15 tl

(Freshly baked bread, Helim and Nor cheese's, honey, pekmez and eggs handmade/produced in Kozankoy (village). Freshly picked salad and fruit grown in the organic garden at Kozan Retreat)

YOGA- Teacher, did you help out at the Kozan about 3 years ago? When I first came here, we found ourselves at the Kozan after a long along the mountain road from St Hilarion. We have not been back but your post jogged my memory and I remember chatting to a lady who taught Yoga, I wondered if that was you? Regards, Mrs Snakes.

I can highly recommend these classes, fantastic teacher and the most amazing surroundings. I guarantee you will feel rejuvenated after a class. Definately worth trying especially if you have never done Yoga before, you will be addicted.

Are these yoga classes still held? Do you have any venues for the other side of town, Catalkoy, Ozankoy etc?

These classes are still running. Come along, you will not be disappointed.

Freespirit travels from Catalkoy on Saturdays, maybe you can journey to the class together.
