Thanks to them and the fact that their relatives and friends are amongst the K5 victims, this great evening out is possible. Thanks also to Club Semina

flamefabs - I am just advertising it, I did not organise it. Quite funny though really, after all it will swell the legal professions coffers eventually. The only one's getting fat from all this injustice are the penguins.

Maybe it would be a nice gesture if SIMENA donated all the extra 1tl`s they put on thier Efes (just before the Liverpool crowd arrived!) on the night of the event to the Fund?

Yes I was, I know Efes is 6 Lira but I have no idea of other drinks prices, Hey I didn't arrange the meeting there and the people from Liverpool arranged this benefit evening, but as a K5 victim, I am honour bound to support them. The 120 scousers (some staying there) are related to or friends with Margaret and Brian Freeman who are also victims and yes doddies it would be a wonderful gesture if Simena reduced their drinks back in line with everyone else in the area.



I still believe 6 lira is too much but K5 need the help. I do not have the extra burden of the cost of fighting the eviction notices because they have already stolen my villa and the Kaders use it as a weekend retreat.

I hope the extremeties of every male member of the Kader family drops off - bear a grudge, who me? My former neighbours however now face an additional large financial burden of the legal fees for this. This on top of all the other fees.



Do not forget, K5 are the ones to watch

Because if we fail, so do all those in the mortgage queue behind us. However, if we win, we will have created the precedent and reduced considerably the cost for others fighting the same type of case.



I so often wish I could wake up and find this is all just a bad dream.

Hi My wife arrives on the 28th,unfortunately they will miss the fundraiser. I was over last year and had a wonderful day at Simena when the scousers where there,do you know how long they are there,it would be nice to meet up again. Thanks

All staying at Simena have two weeks left Desford, so lots of time for you to join them. THey are such a lively bunch. Comedy night tomorrow with Noony who I am told is a little 'blue' enjoy.

It sticks in the craw of each and every one of the Kulaksiz 5 to find themselves in the posistion they are in.



If they win the current case, each and every other victim of thr mortgage frauds here will benefit. Five of K5 have already been served evcition writs and the additional cost of fighting these is crippling the K5. Already low in health and spirit, they are now wondering where the money to carry on fighting is to come from. Justice is expensive. A fight we should not be involved in, in a just country.



None of us want to be having benefit nights, but without them, it will be hard to continue with this fight. So please support us, and in the case of other victims, in doing so, support yourselves. Be with us tonigh if you can.
