Urgently seeking a very long term rental for a very reliable / professional client that has been renting in Cyprus for more than 7 years.

Must be on the west.

Preferably unfurnished but with white goods and air con.

Needs to be a very reasonably priced property - £200 to £300 per month.

Completely reliable, professional, British client working for long established company in N. Cyprus.

Will rent for many years.

Msg 8. We are talking of the same property here. I am the current tenant but due to bereavment I am going back to the UK. The property is lovely situated in a well run quiet complex and well worth a look.
