Registering a car to new owner

I am trying to find what exactly I need (as a seller) to transfer my car to the new owner but I can not find any detailed description what to do and where to go. Can anybody please give me step by step "manual"? Thank you very much

when we sold and bought vehicles a couple of years ago

1) Went to Lefkosa to fetch change of ownership form - you may have to stand in the middle and ask if anyone can help translate. Nobody wanted to help until i rang a friend. Girne may now keep them but didn't at the time

2) Filled in forms and got muhtar to sign them - our muhtar did both forms the buying and selling as we all went there with our passport copies. Only we were from the village

3) went to lefkosa with new buyer but our seller did not come but we did have his passport copy paid 250tl and got kocans altered,

Any noter has the forms and will complete them if buyer and seller both attend for a fee about 25tl
