Dear sirs, We are interested in getting a place in Cyprus. We wish to buy in a year but first we like to rent a nice place until we find the right property or land to build our own. Can you help us with it?

We would like to come to Cyprus soon.

Would it be possible to rent something for a week or two until we find the long term rental or shell we book a hotel?

Can you help us with car rental as well or shell we get one at the airport?

We have no preference as to where in Cyprus however we want:

1. A quiet place without constructions around.

2. A smaller village next to a bigger town.

3. Sea or nature view.

4. Open space, not to look into another property from our windows.

5. Beautifully finished with nice furnishing and fixtures.

6. Minimum 2 bed room 2 bath.

7. Central Heating and A/C.

8. Ideally new!

9. Ideally on one floor!

10. Fast internet and direct phone lines.

11. We are coming from the UK.

12. Our budget is up to Euro 15

13. How cold does it really gets during winter?

14. Do you have hitting system.

15. Is the place quite without constructions and building noise?

16. Can we have cleaning?

17. We are very Zen and minimalistic in our liking of furniture but like maximum luxury and fixtures, is it possible?

18. Is there a Gym in the area?

19. Are there shops around where we can buy groceries?

20. Do you have photos?

21. What if we like the place but not all the furniture?

22. Is it possible to rent furniture?

23. We wish for lighter furniture and not so heavy.

24. Please ask the owner what is the best price and about internet ,phone lines and cable TV.

25. As for a car: We wish to have an Automatic SUV 2 drivers age 43 and 45 Daily and monthly rates please

The above email reached me this mornig. It could be spam but its all about cyprus so they must be beware that we/I live and work in cyprus. But- as they got the email adress from the net they should also know that we are in a complete different business area. So, my qustion:

Who did also receive the same mail?

Who has interest to serve these guys? I would forward your email adress to them so please post here.

I wonder why I got this mail, I have nothing to do wih Housekeeping or rentals etc.. Just wanted to know if it was a spam email or if anyone out here can help these guy. I would forward your mails to them.. no problem for me.. its only 25 points to answer.. and, hey they can pay up tp 1500 euros a month for a 2 room house rent! cooll.. I ll tell my parents to move out.. quick..
