Architect for land division

go to the land registery in the South

where all the international recognised deeds are

then proceed

hope it is "your" land

around the corner from HSBC there is a company called PRO TEK - she is the architect wife of the KAYMAKUMLİK .





Have used her in the past and she has been good - doesn't speak any English though! her name is Derya Kara

Try Canip, he is based in Lapta, his tel no. 0533 8581129. He has done our surveys and has been very helpful, if he can't do land division for you he may know someone who can.

Re message 7, would agree really nice lady, printed a full set of plans for our villa, would not take anything, brought her a huge box of Cadburys Choc's . Her office is at rear of North Shore Properties, next large building down from HSBC.

Hi we are using an Architect by the name of Muammer based In Girne, he comes highly recommended, his tel number is 0533 8400779.

His office is 30seconds walk from the coffee shop opposite the law courts.
