I know people who have been refused a work permit,it would be interesting to know if anyone has been able to get one in the last few months.

Pikey (sorry I meant fawkes)

So if CT or Kibris report what they are told to

then you're inferring that they only report what the government wants.

So are you saying when the gov said no more permits they were only joking?

Hi All,

There are no stopping of work permits, what the goverment wanted to do back in September of 2010 was that companies need to give locals first chance before any application is submitted from outside later. All applications are still be done at Kyrenia Police st as normal.
