Which number for Internet Electric payment

I'm trying to set up paying my electric via the internet, but it asks for my customer/subscriber number. Which number on the bill is it? I've tried all of them, and none seem to be able to set it up. Thanks

I always used to pay with HSBC, and my current bank has it listed to set up, but I just can't remember which number it is off the bill that you use. As I no longer have my account with HSBC I can't look to see which number I used, and the memory isn't what it was.

the number you use is the one at the top of the bill ie......Tuketici no.....it consists of 14 numbers i have paid by internet banking but ....be aware it doesn't always work !! lol and I have no idea why

No, I am not a swallow, I have lived here 5 1/2 years, and there are 3 numbers, hence the question. Message 5, yes I thought it was the number at the top, but for some reason it won't let me set it up. Will have to go into the bank to find out why. Thanks for your help.
