| In applications is a program GRAB. Open it in the dock. u can take picture of any all all of the screen |

| press 'command' + 'shift' + '5' for screen grab, and '4' for flexible screen capture - you drag the mouse over what you want to create instant photo. One thing to note - the default result will be saved to your desktop as a 'png' file - which might confuse some people - but open it in preview, then 'save as' and rename, and save as TIFF or JPEG etc etc. |

| Again thanks to all I needed to send a copy of an online bill to arrange porting a telephone number to a voIP ( internet phone service) and the client was moving and had packed their printers - and have some obsure block on search engines- all info appreciated Thanks to Hans for responding by email, too ! |
