I have not heard of any for hire, but I think tectan used to sell them. A floor fan may help in the meantime?

Fixed aircon units are so cheap here, no-one would buy a portable unit. They really aren't good value and they are not very effective, even in the UK summer, let alone TRNC heatwave.

there are times when you are renting it is more appropriate to get a portable unit, remember the customer is always right

Main problem being is you have to have a window open to allow a pipe to take the hot air from the heat exchanger out, therefore very ineffective.
