Could anyone recommend a reliable management company for our 40 apartment site, one who charges a reasonable fee and does not demand a huge float fee aswell?

why not try First Consult Cyprus, they currently manage 1 site in catalkoy with a total of 71 households with very large communal areas. A friend of mine lives on this site and also employs them for property management. They have recently opened their office in Karakum. Their phone numbers are 0533 8694462 and 05338694463.

Rob51 and all other interested parties, When I get to Cyprus sometime next year (Delays due to the usual Yavas Yavas delays with my builder) I plan to set up a legitimate Property Management and Maintenance Company that will employ quality experienced trades people from TRNC, UK, Turkey etc.



I have met so many people disappointed with their Maintenance Companies, The usual stories pay the money and nothing gets done. I used to be a Maintenance Manager at Leisure centres in UK and qualified in many trades.

Also many years in the construction industry.



So Hold on in their people....................2009 Will hopefully be a better Year for all of us!!!! IM Tired of the Doom and Gloom every Bloody day CREDIT CRUNCH.Additions>>>>>>>>>....!!!!!!!

My Friends have Lynx management as there management company on two seperate sites in Bahcelli and according to the they do a great job and are very transparent in there accounts which they post online so that all owners can see where their money is going and they also have a website specialy designed for each site they manage.

We can manage the apartments for you. We are looking after a lot of paroperies, including a 32 unit apartment site. We are self saficient with all tecnical services with in house, plamers, electrician etc. Our service is always done today, we do not have tommorow!!

Annual service charge is paid in advance, all other variable charges are invoiced twice a year (6 months in arreas) no float is required.
