Pool Tech are brilliant, very very good workers, arrive everytime when they are due. Any problems, you get an instant quote if needed for any repairs that you need. Use Zerochlor in our pool, it is always sparklingly shiny. Got 2 grandkids over for 5 weeks and they love going in the pool every day.

Abode pool/property management excellent & attentive

English/Turkish staff always helpful very friendly well presented courteous & polite staff

When the KIBTEC power blew they sorted the problem caused by the water pipe people creating a leak and shorting the substation supply

KIBEC were suffering from the "shrug" Abode sorted the problem

As a company we have always used Abode, very reliable company always on time and profecional.

Also they invest in their staff with pool training at the instanbul technical college, very important when using chemicals in communal pools.

Also great with all pool repairs both mechanical and electrical.

I have never had a customer complain in 5 years.

What pool company are in the Tatlisu area?

How much are the charges for pool maintenance?

Is this price inclusive of chemicals?

Gilken

FOR COMPLEX POOLS recent quote

charge per pool is £260 per calendar month (£3120 per annum).

The charge covers routine cleaning & chemical testing & treatment, with the visits as follows:

SUMMER

three visits per week to test water quality, including one pool clean

WINTER

two visits per week to test water quality, including one pool clean

Individual villa and smaller pool charges are obviously cheaper

Gillken,

Pooltech work in Tatlisu area, they are excellent. 8 x 4 £55pm thik 10 x 5 is £60 or £65. they do use zerochlor or chlorinr if that is what you want, but would definately recommend zerochlor, it is great no smell you can swim with your eyes open, and you do not smell of chlorine when you get out of the pool.

Zerochlor has your pool sparking all the time.

For a non chlorine swimming pool our costs are from £55 per month for a 8x4 pool and from £65 per month for a 10x5 and that includes all products we use.We also cover the tatlisu area.

Baris from pooltech was the first pool maintenance engineer in the North to be National pool institute certified which was back in 2007 and he does of course invest in his staff and put them through the same course.

Thanks japeal and other who trust in zerochlor and also pooltech.

Both companies who are 100% customer orientated.

Here are 2 of the NPI certs,i shall ask david to add 2 more very shortly.

Hello guys, If you dont like to use chlorine in your pool, then use something that you know.

there is hundereds of products in the market that you can use but if you dont know what is in it, then dont use it. If it doesnt say on the box, then dont use it. use chlorine, instead of using something that you dont know 100%.

But i would of thought the best advise you could of offerd the forum would be ,do not buy a property off a estate agent unless there is a kochan, that would of been 100% better to post and much more useful.

Well , I thought would be along shortly and they dont fail do they ?

As you have again posted links to your pool certificates , I would again just like to ask you to provide some sort of information regarding the nice certificate you have regarding the microbiological testing you have carried out on zerochlor .

I have asked 0maintenance for the CT values ( for any virus or bacteria ) when using zerochlor , but as yet she has been unable to tell me , but now you are here David , can you provide this information . You obviously know this as you have a certificate to prove it ?

Post edited - read the rules.

Pooltech every time.

Honest, good value, polite and excellent service. Pooltech sorted out all the problems we had inherited from the builder of the pool and have maintained it since. Would not look at any other company we trust Pooltech and you need trust when dealing with chemicals of the pool variety.

escherichia coli in 100ml: not detected.method F 7400:guideline limit 0/100ml

Aerobic colony count/mL(@38c for 24 hours) 1. method W4.guideline limit 100/ml

pseudomonas aeruginosa in 100ml Not detected method W6. guideline limit 10/100ml

complies with BSI Code practice PAS39:2003-management of public swimming pools

information sent was:chlorine level=0mg/L ;PH7.0;copper=0.6mg/L;temperature=28.0C;Oxygen=3.0mg/L;zerochlor plus potasium monopersulphate.

Now what i suggest Ian is that if you wish any more info, leave warrington and call to my office and i shall give you all you need and much more face to face.

You said you have a pool company in spain,we both know that is a lie, check your villa website!

you can still use chlorine with zerochlor if you wish as the oxodiser, but i would use potasium monopersuphate,my answer to your question is no you do not have to use chlorine with zerochlor, but you can use it if you wish the cheaper option as a oxodiser instead of MPS

, Well thank you for at least attempting to answer the question ,

I am fully aware of PAS39.2003 thank you , and dont need it quoting to me , but why are the North Cypriot authorities giving out certificates based upon British standards ( not there own ) , and then issuing these in a foriegn language ( complete with spelling mistakes !! )

If you came and tested my bath water tonight you would get test results just like yours , so does that make bubble bath a good sanitizer also ??

I have asked you both for the CT value for any bacteria when using zerochlor and this is basically the piont I am getting at. For any product to be safe for pool use it must be able to deal with virus and bacteria within a cetain time frame ,unfortunatly yours cannot.

You also say that you had a 3.0 ppm residual of MPS in the test sample , could you explain why ? You have been very clear that zerochlor will work without any supplementary oxidizer , is that not the case anymore ?

who said the tests above are from the Turkish goverment or TRNC goverment,no 1 has mentioned that, look in the mirror dumb and dumber !

Spelling mistakes and all are included for free,no need to pay nothing.

Ian,as i said in my other email, get off your backside from Warrington and come to TRNC.

Are You was not aware that my product has been tested in the UK and hopefully very soon i shall be in a outlet near you.

I think your brain is failing you,i have never said zerochlor does not need a oxidiser,i said some customers tell me they do not use a oxidiser,i would always use a oxidiser and i always recommend people use a oxidiser.

The oxidiser they use is there choice,i sell MPS but not chlorine, customers can choose which ever they wish to use to suit there pocket,MPS is more expensive than chlorine.

Are you trying to insinuate that the tests i have wrote above are not a safe level?

If so you are more stupid than you look.

You know they are more than sa

And what about me ? The 0maintenace account has been repeatedly used to imply and insinuate I am the poster HCLOman - something that is totaly and utterly not true. Washerman has then stated this untruth as a fact claiming to have made the claim as a result of 0maintenace's claims. Do I have to call into the office to get you to retract these untruths about me ? If I do will that then be used yet again to brand me a 'stalker' ?

Hi ErolZ.. you are now apparently my sock puppet - according to Zero - "Does my arm reach up all the way from the UK"...

it will indeed be 'interesting' to watch how the Zero's conduct themselves ... I mean if they can't apologise when they have clearly decided HCLOman is now 'Ian from Warrington' and one of 'em is now claiming "HD transmissions from OSN Showtime are superior than those from SKY" you have to wonder if ANYTHING they say can be taken at face value :(

msg38 says 'I could not care less what other people have said', yet you are using the account from which these things were said ! The account you are using has repeatedly implied in the past that I am HCLOman - a total and utter lie. It now says HCLOman is someone else. If you are going to use an account shared with someone else, without ever being clear who it is who is actualy posting in any given post, you will create confusion.

I have a problem with someone saying and implying things about me that are just not true. Not particularly strange or unusal, any reasonable person would have a problem with that. If sorting out these untruths means visiting you in your office, then I will do so, again, but I would need to know who it is I am actualy speaking to for a start.

0mainteance - using an account to repeatedly make/imply an untrue claims about another poster is not playing nicely. To then use the same account to say something entirely different from you previous untrue claim, and say - that was someone else who made those previous untrue claims, is not playing nicely either imo.

If you want to play nicely and be seen to, then how about you clearly state who is actualy using this account right now, and state that despite what was written by this account previously, as far as you are concerned HCLOman is not the poster Erolz ?

I think that the reference to 'Ian from Warrington' demonstrates that they've 'moved on' from you ( or even me) as the 'culprit' !!

So to be clear

The 0mainteance account first repeatedly imples that I am the poster HCLOman - something that is totaly untrue

Now the 0mainteance account says HCLOman is someone else entirely.

I try and ask for confirmation that the previous untruths about me from this acocunt were just that, untrue and in return I get 'I could not care less' and 'if your unlucky you may get the unexpected'.

All pretty clear then. And you claim 'you' always play nicely ?

What a poor response to a valid thread, just before its closed ( I hope ) can I let everyone know that our complex in Girne uses Paradise Pools. They have been excellent up to now, always turn up on time and arrange water tops up for our leaky old pool. £80 a month for 2 visits a week, very reliable.

Omaintenance: "If so you are more stupid than you look. " you say to HCLOman. I looked up his profile to see a silly face but saw no pictures! How do you know what he looks like?

"you really are such a boring insignificant person IMHO", and "your full of your pitiful self today" you just said to others! Not very nice really, is it? Why so much anger? If they are boring you why don't you ignore their posts?

erolz and mmm... have asked for a reasonable correction based on your previous arguments/accusations. Of course you are not at liberty to retract, apologize or respond to such a request, because this is a public forum. But it would make you a bigger person and avoid all the meaningless bickering that is going on by saying "Sorry, I was wrong on that occasion" - end of! We all have different perspectives and things can be interpreted wrongly by any of us at anytime, so it is not exactly the crime of the century is it?

The thread was going quite fine before HCLOman and message 29 and onwards and message 35 took the thread off topic as is quite usual for the write in message 29.

It seems to be a little game he wishes to play whilst also claiming to be just looking out for every ones interest.

This thread is now closed.

The thread is off topic, and degenerated into insulting and derogotory language.
