Do you rate Digiturk?

Our rented Villa has Digiturk. I have seen some comments on satellite TV on this forum, but generally how do people find it?

Actually Redwine, no it isn't. I have seen comments re reliability and this is what my post was based on rather than my ability to decide whether I like a tv programme or not.

We're staying in Lefkoşa and have Digiturk, but this morning these four channels were (and still are) missing :

- BBC Ent

- BBC World

- CNN Int

- Euronews

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? BTW, we seem to have all the other channels.

I have Digiturk and find it perfectly ok for the amount of TV I watch here,had very few problems and when I have needed a engineer they have sent him out quickly.

They aren't too bad, but just lately (my) Euronews is no longer in english and language option won't let me change. Problem with volume as well (this was on another recent thread)

I live in Lefkosa as well and this morning I had all the channels that are missing on yours, try re installing the channels its really easy and takes about 3 mins, just go to the menu and select easy installation. then press ok to confirm.

We're seriously thinking of going back to Digiturk. They seem to have increased quite a number of English speaking channels since we left them 2 years ago. Plus I understand there are a number of Turkish channels which have Englih sub-titles, which never used to be the case.

Messaw 4, have you done a re-installation, as those chanels have changed which number they are on. If you do a re-installation, you will get them on the new numbers.

Tango1 not English subtitles you can change the language on many channels.

Thanks for your advice Kiwikid and Stellastar ... have been out all day, so couldn't reply earlier. We have now re-installed the said channels, but Stella, they have the same numbers as before ... and Kiwikid, you were right, it was easy. Thanks guys.
