I have just had a good laugh at your reply to msg 1. I think the lady needs a geneocologist for hrt implants and not a cosmetic surgeon. It is only a 5 minute job to do this procedure. I hope you don't take offence, it is an easy mistake for a man to make.

If your wife is desperate which usually means that unfortunately her body has got too used to the implants (normally in my experience testosterone) phone me in the morning and I will see what I can do!
