Yes there is one in the Old Turkish quarter, new and quite big, it is fairly near to Efendis, several snooker tables in it.

Hi Eric,



The Waterfront at the Celebrity in Lapta has just had a full-sized, properly reconditioned table installed in its games room.



Decommissioning and reconditioning was carried out by 147 Sports of Leeds.



Installation and recommissioning was done by London Billiards and Allied Pool & Billiards - both of London.



Tariff is TL10/hr.

There seems to be one above the harbour, just before the entrance into Kyrenia Castle (upstairs). At the city centre roundabout (across the municipality square), do not go down the road leading into Girne shopping centre but take the next one on the left, along the car park, towards Girne Castle. Follow the road straight down, and you will reach a dead end - there you will see it. If not, you can hear the music - they sure play some loud music down there!

Hi Nick, The best snooker table is at the Water front Celebrity hotel in Lapta. The one mentioned in the Turkish old quater in Girne is a club that is superb but the tables are American pool tables. However they are to fit a full size snooker table sometime soon. i am in the UK until Sept, but if you fancy a game you can call me on: 05338666706.
