Well look no further, Abbey Estates has been looking after apartments and villas while the owners are back in the UK since 2003. We can provide references from clients who have been with us since the beginning. To give you peace of mind that your holiday home is being well looked after in your abcense.



Our services are as follows:

1. Once - Weekly security checks on property when unoccupied.

2. Collection and payment of bills from retained sum (record of receipts to be kept on file)

3. Reporting & arranging any necessary maintenance.

4. Dealing with emergencies

5. Two visits per week after inclement weather conditions.

6. Watering house plants when instructed by the Vendor.

7. When you (the Vendors) stay at the villa, on your departure if you leave your laundry at the door, we can arrange for it to be laundered and returned.

8. Gernerally keeping an eye that your pool and garden is being maintained if a company in place.

For management Properties situated in Karaoglanoglu, lapta and Alsancak we charge £50.00 per month. We take payment on a monthly basis not in advance.
