Just looked out of my window, Can see into shropshire I look out over were the Vyrnwy and Severn Rivers join. The Vyrnwy has really flooded and burst its banks so it will be off into the Severn and Shrewsbury over the next 24 hours.

Very windy and rainy down in Hertfordshire last night! Thought we would lose our thatch roof or the greenhouse! (lost that before in heavy storm - glass all over our cars!)

I live just above the ironbridge gorge and going over the severn this morning

it is already about 12 feet up, after the rain we have had the last two days it is going to be barrier time in Ironbridge and the lower reaches by Wedenesday.



Where are you two based in UK and Cyprus ?

Hi nicky , going for 2wks , visiting relations so it might go both ways ,{ if you know what i mean } to be honest i might not go , i've already changed the dates once already , my cat is having an operation today { complete shock }, took him in at 9am and i have'nt heard anything since . i don't know if the cattery will take him if he will need any tlc, bless him everything always happens to him , will just have to wait , fingers crossed

hi perry , i'm a bit slow on the uptake { but i am allowed unlimited senior moments } i'm going to ghana in west africa , and its very hot there at the moment , just hope it does'nt affect the plastic surgury i've had done ,
