The Express free paper for Lapta has a half page spread to advertise 2011 Environment Year. Unfortunately there is no website or email address to make contact with the Minister of Tourism. Should anyone from that department wish to contact me I will be pleased to take them on a tour of the streets of Lapta and prove that no one is listening. Why don't people take their rubbish home?
