http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzNHsuiUMpM When i think that I am of a generation that has not ever lived through a world war, I listen and love the words of this. Listen carefully to the words they are sung by a Scot but wonderfully written, in my opinion. Chris p.s A sad song that makes me happy!

Bridge over troubled Water. Reminds me of when I was a bachelor, at sea, money in my pocket and a girl in every port.

Good memories: 59th Street Bridge Song (feeling groovy) by Simon and Garfunkel. Memories of my youth and a girlfriend who was a folk singer, we used to sing the song together at folk clubs. Bad memories: Seeing my father in law who was a wonderful person for the last time. He was in the last stages of cancer. He was at home as he wished and being cared for by his wife. The radio was playing Lady D'Arbanville by Cat Stevens, I came away knowing it would be the last time I saw him alive.
