Is there anyone out there that can either service a generator, or recommend a reliable person that can do the job.

I think Safa garage at Lapta do them. You have to take it in though. If you turn right before LA hotel then right at the junction, Safa is the second garage. A friend took mine but I'm almost sure that's where he went. There are 3 garages there, 2 after you turn right and one up the left between them.
