I have also sent them a message to add my pic to the system on the day that I registerd and also another email asking questions, no reply for 10 days. K.

Msg 1 , i can only speak for myself i check mine daily , in the morning if i can , unless i am away , i have had problems with my e-mails on occasions , plus my computer runs slow too, delaying responses , but we have changed our provider now , so no problems from the 11th Aug i hope . Hope this answers your question

OK, it appears that certain changes are for Izzet only.
