First time I visited Girne was in 1967. Truly Paradise! We used to get pork chop and chips for 3/6 in the Police canteen. Came over with the UN convoy I worked for BA.

Had a couple of tries at living in TRNC never quite worked out but we are coming back in Oct to have another look. Living on yacht in Caribbean at moment.

Remember Werner and Barbaras place plus Jeff are they still around? We had the lunchtime booze up at Allans place in the Chinese, in town.

Yes Werner and Geraldine are still around, but Geoff and Barbara are now in UK. The Dragon House and Allan no longer around.
