Doh! I just posted on the related thread on this topic. The "penny" has dropped but I see no reason why one should "panic". It will pass.

You see, the idea of prefixing the messages with a broad category is a bit of a slippery slope: it becomes difficult to defend against arguments for prefixing the messages for all sorts of categories such as (and I'm not being silly) "Cat", "Dog", "Supermarket", 'Beach", "Restaurant", "Politics" etc. etc.
