About half an hour ago Bella our lovely dog, started barking at me very loudly and tugging on my nightdress. She pulled me out towards the patio door, I didn't know what to think as this is very strange behavior for her. Just got onto the front terrace and heard a large crash of glass, the large picture above the fireplace had came crashing down bringing the ornaments on the fireplace with it. Glass everywhere, I had been sitting down to watch the news and if she hadn't pulled me I would have been cut to shreds.

Just cleaned the glass up and went to reward Bella, to find out she had escaped probably with fright. She was standing in the field next to our house shaking. She's okay now after a dish of ice-cream.

So in my opinion dog really is man's best friend or in this case mine.

Same thing happened to a few of my pictures. Within hours. And, yes you are right, there is glass everywhere for days and days
