Deaths in Birmingham during riots

The sad news is that three young Birmingham asian youths have died after being hit by a hit and run driver while out on the streets with their neighbours protecting their property.



Witnesses say that the vehicle deliberately drove at the youths and mounted the pavement to escape the area. Police are treating this a amurder enquiry.



Before anyone starts spouting Enoch Powell 'rivers of blood' again, have respect for the families of the deceased, this is not a war of black against white. It is a battle of good against bad. There are all ethnic groups on both sides.

Disgusting, if they are caught it should be looked at as pre-meditated murder, and give them life.

Its terrible,a 26yr old also died in croyden and a 60yr old is fighting for his life after clashing with rioters.The people of Enfield are out on the streets fighting back to protect their area as the police seem unable to handle it.i think these thugs should be sent on strict army boot camps,prison is too good for them .

One man aged 31 has been arrested and could be charged with murder.

Father saw it happen but did not realise one of them was his son. Looked at news and papers but not a great deal given over to this story such as that of the drug dealer Mark Duggan.
