It would be easy to think, reading the above, that the personal attack was made by '6ms'. It was not. Post 5 of the closed thread was made by another poster, not 6ms. Just so that is clear, for I am sure no one would want to create the incorrect impression that it was MM who made the personal attack that lead to the thread being closed.

Cornish it is not a matter of defending MM as far as I am concerned. It is just a matter of accuracy and clarity, things that matter to me, though maybe not others.



The orginal thread has been 'removed' so no one can (easily) see what the abuse was and who made it, that lead to the thread being closed. Magicarts subsequent thread which whilst closed now, is not removed from the forum like the orginal is and the wording could in my view easily be misunderstood, leading to those who just saw this thread thinking that it was MM who posted the abuse that led to the thread being removed, which is not the case.



I would make the same clarification if I noticed it whoever it applied to, because I think accuracy and clarity are always welcome.

That abuse was by a poster you did not bother to mention in your post. It was also aimed at Paul and MM, yet your complaint thread did not mention that.

Why no apparent conern about the attacks on 6ms ? Can you REALLY not see any way your post above could be misunderstood as implying that 6m's was the abuser and not the abused, along with Paul, as was the reality ?



Accusing me of childish games is your right. I however stand by my point and reason for making the post I have. The original thread is gone. Your complaint about it was not clear in my view. It only seems to care about abuse against Paul and only mentions that. I have clarified the reality. If you think that is childish so be it.

If the original thread that Magicart was complaining about was linked to and viewable to all, then there would be no need for any clarification, as anyone could go to the thread and see what was said by whom. However that thread has been 'deleted' at least from the thread lists and is not easily viewable. That is why, given the way Magicart worded his complaint and how it could in my view be easily misunderstood, I created this thread.
