Hi Frankedad the mooring fees at present are £150 per year (which is a great price). We have owned the boat for 4 years and have spent many happy hours on the sea with friends and family, fishing, water skiing , sun bathing etc. Normally you can use the boat for atleast 9 months of the year, with the great weather over here. We will be very sad to see the boat go but ill health forces sale.

and it is on the pontoon that has collapsed (it is being repaired this autumn) as you walk out on the outer wall of the harbour

Due to unforeseen circumstances from our buyer the boat is up for sale again. This will be an excellent investment as the harbour will be having a major re-vamp this winter and the mooring will be a very desirable assett.

This is a very speculative enquiry - I may be fender kicking, but can you let me know when the engine was last serviced and when the boat was last out of the water for anti-fouling etc. Also best price please.
