I have some arcade machines for sale.

We brought them out for a project that never made it to fruition (very close though..)

Now they are no longer required by us so are up for sale.

There are 16 machines for sale. Would suit bar/cafe/hotel/club etc or even just for home use.

Once sited they are easy to run. They use about the same electric as a TV. Just a regular visit to clean and empty the cash drawer.

Normaly run on a 50/50 split with bar/club/hotel owner or if you have your own bar then 100% yours.

Currently set up to use 50p coins as 'tokens'. Local currency is easily 'lost'!!

Some are currently sited at Sunset Beach Club and some are in storage. Let me know if you want to view and I will arrange it. Any questions please ask. I do have pics if you want them.

Oh and yes all import duties/taxes are paid.

Regards, John.

Yes but you would need the coin mechs re-programmed. Not sure if there is anyone in TRNC that can do that. You could send them back to UK (with a few lira coins) and get them done if you really wanted.

We had them at 50p as a 50p coin is pretty much useless in TRNC so act as a 'token' no point in nicking them as they can't be changed or spent. Thus hopefully reducing any losses.

After a post in the 'for sale' section by another member saying these machines are "TOTALL ILLEGAL"

I can assure you that these are 100% LEGAL and above board. ALL taxes and import duties have been paid. They are only Illegal if they have a 'gamble' or 'Payout' facility and you don't have the correct license to operate them. These DO NOT have a payout and are NOT fruit machines. They are space invader type machines for 'PLEASURE ONLY' and thus do not come under the license for operating gambling machines such as the casinos. You only need to see the kiddie rides and cranes at every supermarket to realise these are NOT illegal. Some people eh !!????

Any question please ask, any silly and ill informed remarks please keep to yourself.

Regards, John.

Thanks Nick, just a bit annoying that's all but I guess it takes all sorts.

Just wonder if the other poster has a reason for trying to put people off ??

Thanks guys, fair point Fosterscan but at least you didn't put up a negative post just for the fun of it...

If he was interested (or not as the case may be) he could have at least asked the question.

Anyway maybe someone would like to 'tinker' with them in the TRNC.

Don't know of anyone else that runs these machines and I know they are not everyone's cup of tea but we all have to make a living somehow.

Regards, John.

Thanks John, but sorry that 'im downstairs reckons he cannot afford my 'whim'. But if I win the Lotto tonight I will buy one just to have at home for fun. At the moment 'im downstairs' thinks I am being funny enough just suggesting havcing one. But thanks I am sure there are people out there who would a little touch of 'fairground fun of yesteryear' in their homes. Hop you manage to sel,l them. Or if not for someone athome for fun, surely some of the bars would take them. goodluck.

Hi Dave, yes I have a supply of 50p coins, will provide plenty with each machine. Easy enough to get on a trip home anyway.

Prices will range from around £300 for the older smaller ones upto £1000 for the newest larger machines.

List is:

Tekken 4 (fighting game)

Golden Tee (Golf)

Point Blank (shooting)

Police 24/7

Sorry:

Police 24/7 (shooting with movement sensors) great game

Silent Scope (rifle shooting with full size rifle)

Pump it up DX (large dance machine) girls really love this one.

Sharp Shooter x 2 (shooting game with rifle butts) gives scorecards out for competitions

House of the dead (zombie shooting)

Sammy sports shooting

Air hockey tables x 2 (full size with stainless decks)

Cruisin USA (sit down driving game)

World PK soccer (large kicking game)

Police trainer (shooting)

Table football (or foozball as some people say it)

All in good used condition (apart from house of the dead which I have the PCB being repaired at the moment here in UK) will get it back and fitted when fixed so will be up and running)

I have some more machines in stock here in UK if interested in more and can arrange shipping if required.

Any more questions please just ask.

Sorry if the pics aren't up to much.

If anyone wants to see them 'in the flesh' please let me know.

Or if anyone has any ideas on someone who might like to purchase one or all of them then I would

appreciate you getting in touch.

Regards, John.
