The irony of msg 2 will only be lost on NN... The rafts will be disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

Marionö You will of course know that Tricia Dann will make sure the rafts are collected by the Belediye, thus making a good example of rubbish disposal. That's the whole idea of the event, to draw attention to the plight of beaches strewn with litter and juxtaposition the nesting sites for turtles.... after the hatching season is over in Karsıyaka of course

Yes, I know - I was being facetious - forgive me. I suppose I should be more serious, as one of the judges, but I do sometimes feel it would be good to set stuff alight annd send it out to see in a true Valhala type scene1 I know that owuld be harmful in its own way, and that is one of the huge problems here with rubbish. The Dikmen site is a classic. So sorry. Incidentally, tonight is the end of the hatching season in Karsiyaka - a bit early.

yes, I am worried as to whether my feet will get wet and whether I need to wear my bathers. terrified it will empty the beach, so maybe I need a cover-=up large t-shirt! Sounds fun, though.
