| A suspected Al-Qaeda chief who was detained in the UK has been released on bail after giving the judge a hand written statement to show he had a change of heart on terrorism. MI5 have said he had links to Osama Bin Laden and played a senior role in Afghan training camp. He was released to go and live with a pal. Terror experts have said it was worrying and an MP has called the decision '' insane ''. The judges in the UK seem to be at odds with the wishes of the people and decisions made would seem to be insane. Decisions such as, not returning a rapist to his own country because he could be a danger to the people in his country . Decisions made by judges that we read about each day. seem to be stupid. Is it not time that judges were elected for 5 year terms and in this way the people could decide if they were up to the job ? Our home secretary who we believe to be the final word in making our laws seems to have no power over the actions of some judges. |
