Hi all
would anyone know how much 200 cigs are at the duty free at larnaca airport? Also, are legally allowed to bring 3200 back to the UK?

Middlestubbo - last time I bought cigs at Larnaca (couple of years ago) I think they were quite a bit dearer that Ercan (sorry, not very helpful) but yes you can legally bring back that amount to UK (they are actually done up in parcels of 3200). Cigs at Ercan Airport are still v.cheap and cheaper still on CTA flights, BUT, you can legally only bring back 200 per person. I would say that, compared to UK, cigarettes at Larnaca are still v. reasonable (and of course, you can bring a large amount back legally).
Regards

Brought back 3200 Rothmans Royals from Larnaca two weeks ago, about £23 for 200, they were cheaper a month previous when the exchange rate was better.

Remember that when you see the conversion to £ at Larnaca to add about 20% on as the conversion is to Cyprus pound. It is easy to forget, still cheapere than UK by miles though.

Still a lot cheaper than UK if flying LCA to UK. If you can carry them you can take 3,200.
