Hi sids,
Do you mean sweetwater bay development or a company called sweetwater homes??
The word TATLISU apparently translated means SWEETWATER- Hence why they are naming them that!!!

no its sweet development and the company is called californian construction. there is a development next to us people call the the sugar cube houses

has anyone on your forum purchased a property from SEVILLA VILLAS TATLISU. We signed up two years ago and still no infrastructure, we are very frustrated. At first we were please with progress, then a rapid decline. beginning to loose faith in the builder.
