Yet another example of Turkey taking over more TRNC assets? However one has to ask, will it be more effectively managed and more financially viable?

(or Eastern Mediterranean Doğa School) is now in the position of preparing itself for the new academic year.

Thin end of the wedge, only way to make these state run institutions run at a profit is to take them out of TC hands, Kibtec and a host of other quangoes will no doubt follow.

I don't know if Doğu Akdeniz Koleji could be classed in the same category as other governmental institutions. It's true that in its "Vakıf" status, the government did have a 51% share in the school. However, I'm told the involvement in the school's affairs by the state was limited.
