We are the legal owners for this land there are 6 title deeds in all plus a small house of 52Sqm

we have the title deed for that to and also a title deed for a pure clean spring water, all this plots of lands are connected to each other and the house and spring are part of this lands.Total area 51,000Sqm.

The land is 700meter from the beach and 160meters above sea level,stunning and amazing views of the sea and surrounding area,close to the Habour in Erenkoy Marina.We live in the south and would like to sale part of this land around 40,000Sqm of it or would

like to exchange it all or part of it for Turkish Cypriot land anywhere in the South.I if anyone is interested

Does anyone know if the Greek Cypriot Title Deeds can be sold or exchanged without the need

of going through the Turkish Cypriot property Commissions.
