can any administrators answer this question, my friend joined c44 yesterday, after he joined a simple discussion, he now gets the following message,

You are temporarily banned from posting on the forum by one of the forum admins.

Reason: While we check out your profile and email

Ban expires on 30/07/2022 18:50:00 (3999 days 7 hours 26 minutes remaining) does it really take this long to check it out, He has emailed admin but still waits response from someone. or is this normal procedure as it never happened when I joined.

Since our programme was recently updated it has become necessary to check certain members information that they give out.



Clearly it doesn't take 3999 to do that.
