I have recently changed from Extend to 3G and cant receive any emails on my ayza.net . Its says something about host not recognised "mail.ayza.int. Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do about it? If so please give me an idiots guide as I am computer illiterate.

Hi AndyP,

When I'm on 3G and I open Outlook to open my emails I get the following Outlook Express message

"The host 'mail.ayza.int' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'mail.ayza.net', Server: 'mail.ayza.int', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D"

3G then gets disconnected. I asked Turkcell but they say this is a computer not network issue and probably simple if you know what you're doing, which I dont!

Sorry but missed replying back to this one as it was fixed via email.

The answer to this and any other problems are now being listed in the FAQ's on my site.
