| Nope...... wrong again Mark. Hummus is essentially a paste of chickpeas Tahini is a paste of sesame seeds. Sometimes (and I mean sometimes) tahini is added to Hummus as an optional extra. |

| I had a crack at making hummus once. Never again. It took me ages, made a hell of a mess in the kitchen and the end result could have been used to lay paving slabs; it certainly wasn't edible! |
