I need a house or villa to rent (long-term) in Kyrenia or close to it, starting this October. 1 or 2 bedrooms, furnished, close to sea is good. Budget up to 500 GBP pcm, cheaper is better (quality matters also!)

Know you were asking for a house or villa, but just in case you'd consider a flat, we have a 2 bedroomed, fully furnished ground floor flat with access to large communal pool in Ozankoy - 5-10 mins from Kyrenia.
