No, I didn't make it up... Eating high levels of chocolate could reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke, according to a review of previous research. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-14679497 don't tell the wife....

One minute it's bad for your health - the next minute it's good! What's that all about? Everything is ok in moderation.

The problem with this, is although the dark chocolate is good for your heart it does contain a lot of fat. If chocolate is eaten without moderation it will make you put on weight and one then cancels the other out. So only eat no more than 4 squares a day. The butlers wife

I have always wanted to read a headline like this! I love chocolate and have always been told not to eat too much - puts on weight - contributory cause of teenage spots (long time ago)etc etc, the only problem I have with this -once you take a bar out with you, in this heat, it gets excessively bendy and pappy - I dont want to take a cold bag but needs must I suppose. I am on the Aero now having gone through dairy milk and the others - it goes in cycles. I must have a very strong heart now and no spots at present. Good to see a light hearted thread like this on 44.
